Every Feature, Built Around the Clinical Workflow

ClinicSpark wraps the EHR your clinic already runs on and adds the layer it's missing: AI lab analysis, patient journey automation, and HIPAA-compliant communication — with the clinician in control at every step.

Flagship · AI Lab Analyzer

Turn a 400-Page Lab Packet Into a Reviewed Summary

Lab packets arrive as dense PDFs from multiple vendors — sometimes hundreds of pages for a single patient. ClinicSpark ingests the entire packet, interprets results against functional medicine ranges (not just standard lab ranges), and produces two outputs at once: a plain-language summary your patient can actually understand, and a clinician-facing summary with page citations back to the source PDF.

Nothing is saved without you. Every analysis goes through a mandatory review-and-approve step with an editable rich-text output, and suggested protocols are framed strictly as suggestions for the clinician to validate.

  • Multi-vendor lab PDF ingestion — packets up to 400 pages
  • Functional-range interpretation, validated by the clinician
  • Plain-language patient summary, generated alongside the clinical one
  • Clinician summary with page citations back to the source PDF
  • Suggested protocols — suggestions only, never auto-applied
  • Mandatory review/approve step with editable rich-text output

From Hours of Page-Flipping to Minutes of Review

Reviewing a full lab packet by hand can take up to four hours per patient. ClinicSpark does the reading, ranging, and drafting — so the clinician's time goes to judgment, not paperwork. The clinician stays in control of every output.

Up to 4 hrs manual review per packet

Cerbo EHR Bridge

Wraps Your EHR. Doesn't Replace It.

Your clinic already lives in Cerbo — and switching EHRs is the project nobody wants. ClinicSpark sits alongside Cerbo as a bridge: it reads patient lists, visit history, and lab documents, then writes visit summaries and lab-analysis summaries back into Cerbo as encounters.

Appointments stay in sync in both directions, and a CSV import/export fallback covers the initial migration so you're never blocked on day one.

  • Reads patient lists, visit history, and lab documents from Cerbo
  • Writes visit summaries and lab-analysis summaries back as encounters
  • Bidirectional appointment sync
  • CSV import/export fallback for initial migration
Pre-Visit Briefing & Morning Prep

Walk Into the First Appointment Already Briefed

Overnight, ClinicSpark pulls today's schedule from Cerbo, scans for new lab PDFs that haven't been analyzed yet, runs them through the same lab pipeline your team uses during the day, and drafts a visit-prep brief for each patient — framed as what changed since the last visit.

When you open a patient before their appointment, the briefing is already there: flagged labs, recent analyses, upcoming context, and an editable AI visit-prep summary you can copy into your scribe or encounter note.

  • Automated nightly warmup for today's real-patient schedule
  • Auto lab analysis for in-window PDFs before visit prep is generated
  • Visit prep framed as change-since-last-visit, not a full chart dump
  • Manual "run warmup now" for same-day schedule changes
  • Admin observability: labs analyzed, tokens used, run history
Patient CRM & Journey Automation

A Wellness Pipeline That Mirrors How Care Actually Flows

Wellness care isn't a one-way funnel — it's a cycle: visit, labs, protocol, follow-up, and back to the next visit. ClinicSpark models that cycle directly, with a patient database built for tagging and segmentation and a pipeline that moves patients from Intake through Labs Review and Treatment into Maintenance.

Cyclical journey campaigns keep each patient moving through that loop automatically — onboarding new patients, reducing no-shows, and re-engaging the ones who've lapsed.

  • Patient database with tagging and segmentation
  • Wellness pipeline: Intake → Labs Review → Treatment → Maintenance
  • Cyclical journey campaigns: visit → labs → protocol → follow-up → visit
  • New-patient onboarding sequences
  • No-show reduction workflows
  • Lapsed-patient re-engagement
HIPAA-Compliant Communications

Reach Patients on Channels Built for Healthcare

Patient communication shouldn't mean choosing between convenience and compliance. ClinicSpark sends email through Google Workspace under a BAA and SMS through Twilio's HIPAA tier with A2P 10DLC registration — so two-way messaging, reminders, and protocol nudges all run on infrastructure designed for protected health information.

When AI drafts a response, it stays a draft: a clinician approves every AI-drafted message before it's sent.

  • Email via Google Workspace, covered by a BAA
  • SMS via Twilio HIPAA tier with A2P 10DLC
  • Two-way patient messaging
  • Automated appointment reminders
  • Protocol nudges and check-ins
  • AI-drafted responses — clinician approves before sending
Documents & Audit

Every Document Categorized, Linked, and Accounted For

Clinical paperwork only helps if you can find it — and prove who touched it. ClinicSpark gives every upload a secure home with clinical categorization (labs, intake, releases, protocols), links each document to the right patient and visit, and keeps an audit trail of document access.

  • Secure document upload
  • Clinical categorization: labs, intake, releases, protocols
  • Documents linked to patient and visit
  • Audit trail on document access
Visit Capture · Native AI Scribe

Owned Ambient Documentation — No Third-Party DOM Dependency

ClinicSpark records the visit in-browser, sends audio through a medical speech-to-text engine (Deepgram Nova-3 Medical or AssemblyAI), and generates structured SOAP notes plus patient instructions through the same BAA-covered AI path as lab analysis.

Because we own the transcript, we can boost recognition with the patient's medication and supplement list from Cerbo — and flag anything that still sounds wrong before you publish. Approved notes write back to Cerbo as encounters through the existing publish flow.

  • In-browser recording with diarized medical transcription
  • Patient-specific STT key terms from the Cerbo briefing
  • SOAP note + patient instructions + needs-verification flags
  • Clinician review before anything is saved or published
  • Publish to Cerbo encounter when ready
