ClinicSpark records the visit in-browser, sends audio through a medical speech-to-text engine (Deepgram Nova-3 Medical or AssemblyAI), and generates structured SOAP notes plus patient instructions through the same BAA-covered AI path as lab analysis.
Because we own the transcript, we can boost recognition with the patient's medication and supplement list from Cerbo — and flag anything that still sounds wrong before you publish. Approved notes write back to Cerbo as encounters through the existing publish flow.
