Our story
A family business, in an old schoolhouse.
On Main Street in Latah, Washington — just south of Spokane — there's a building that was made for learning. Today it teaches the newest technology on earth.
The old schoolhouse at 515 North Main Street has always had one job: take something that feels out of reach and make it understandable. For generations that meant reading, writing, and arithmetic. Now it means artificial intelligence — and honestly, the mission hasn't changed a bit.
ImpactMe.AI is family-run, and it works the way family businesses do: when you call, you get us. Founder Adam Murphy spent more than 20 years leading enterprise IT before going all-in on AI in 2024, making ImpactMe.AI the region's first fully AI-focused shop. His daughter Rachel works alongside him — two generations building the same thing, which feels right for a company whose whole philosophy is that the future works best when it stays human.
Three years in, the schoolhouse has produced live platforms, production CRMs, and a long line of businesses and students who left knowing exactly how to put AI to work. That's the kind of impact we're named after.

The people
Two generations, one mission
Small by design. When you work with ImpactMe.AI, you work with the people whose name is on the door.
Founder & Principal AI Consultant
Adam Murphy
20+ years of enterprise IT leadership before founding ImpactMe.AI in 2024. Designs and builds every platform in the portfolio — from AI peer review to production CRMs — and still teaches the classes himself.
Sales & Communications Rep
Rachel Murphy
The second generation of the family business. Rachel is the voice of ImpactMe.AI — she handles sales and communications, so when you reach out, odds are you'll be talking with her first.
What we believe
The schoolhouse rules
Human first
Every system we build keeps a person at the center. AI amplifies your judgment — it never replaces it.
Teach, don't gatekeep
We'd rather make you dangerous with AI than dependent on us. Education is in our DNA — literally, we work in a schoolhouse.
Ship real things
Our advice comes from production systems we run ourselves — live platforms, real users, actual stakes.
Come say hello
The schoolhouse door is open Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 — or reach us anytime and we'll get right back to you.
