We don't just talk about AI. We ship it.

Platforms in production, products in flight, and experiments that push what AI can do — every one designed, built, and run by ImpactMe.AI. This is the work behind the consulting.

AI Mortgage CRM — in production · Live

LenderSpark.ai

A CRM that thinks like a loan officer.

A production mortgage CRM and automation platform serving live lending teams. Market-adaptive AI lead scoring, smart follow-ups, AI document processing, and an import wizard that maps messy spreadsheets automatically — all wrapped in serious compliance tooling (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC, PII protection) and integrated with the LOS and dialer tools lenders already use.

Multi-Product CRM Engine · In development

SaaS Spark

One proven CRM becomes the next — in a fraction of the time.

The engine behind the Spark family, and the working core of a bigger concept called ScaleCRM: a CRM that scales into any vertical. Instead of rebuilding for every industry, SaaS Spark keeps shared modules — pipelines, communications, drip campaigns, AI features — in a central registry, so spinning up a new product CRM means small, AI-guided shifts rather than a rewrite. It already runs the customer lifecycle for TheoryOfEverything.ai, and it's how LenderSpark became ClinicSpark.

Clinical Practice CRM · In development

ClinicSpark

400-page lab packets, analyzed in minutes.

A CRM for functional and integrative medicine practices that wraps around the EHR they already use. Its headline capability: AI analysis of massive lab packets — hundreds of pages distilled into clinician-reviewable findings in minutes instead of hours — plus patient pipelines and communications built for how clinics actually run.

Compliance Automation Platform · In development

PolicyWeaver

When the regulation changes, the right person already knows.

A policy-compliance platform for regulated industries — medical, banking, insurance. Specialized AI agents monitor the regulations you're accountable to, and when chapter 2, rule 7 changes, the person your organization assigned to it gets notified with an auto-drafted update ready for review, sign-off, and board approval. Every generated clause is explainable, with rationale and citations, across compliance packs like GLBA, HIPAA, and FFIEC.

Chess RPG · Working prototype

Chess Arena 64

Every game you play shapes your evolving player card.

Part chess analysis, part collectible-monster game. Import ten of your games and a real engine grades your play, assigns you an archetype, title, level, and rarity, and hands you three personalized quests to level up. Your card evolves as you play — and you can share it with a generated card image. Chess coaching disguised as a game you want to keep opening.

Personal AI Operating System · Working prototype

The Lens

Context is the new specialization.

A context-management system for running many projects with AI. Active work is arranged into spheres on a bell curve — the center project gets full AI context, outer ones progressively less — with session briefs generated automatically and a memory vault that's fully Obsidian-compatible. An experiment in what a personal operating system looks like when AI is a first-class citizen.

Violin Practice App · In development

FallingNotes

Guitar Hero, for real violins.

A browser-based violin practice tool. Import any MusicXML score and the notes fall across the four string lanes toward a hit bar while synthesized tones play. Then the fun part: play along on a real violin while the microphone listens, and get a letter grade, star rating, and per-note breakdown — complete with a Rock-Band-style latency calibration screen, metronome, adjustable tempo, and practice-a-passage looping.
