Impactme.ai Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our Platform that enables third-party sellers (e.g., PassItOnMedical, CRM, CMS) to list and sell products. We act as a technology and payments platform; sellers are independent businesses responsible for their stores and products.

• Account & Profile: name, email, phone, company, address.
   
• Transactional: order details, amounts, refunds, taxes, shipping info.
   
• Payment: we use Stripe to process payments. Card information is sent directly to Stripe and never stored on our servers.
   
• Technical: IP address, device/browser, pages visited, cookies.
   
• Support: content of messages you send to our support team.
   

• Provide and improve the Platform and seller onboarding (Stripe Connect).
   
• Facilitate payments, refunds, and detection of fraud/abuse.
   
• Communicate about orders, updates, and policy changes.
   
• Comply with legal obligations (tax, KYC/AML when applicable).
   

• Service Providers: payment processing (Stripe), hosting, analytics, email.
   
• Sellers: we share shipping and order data necessary to fulfill orders.
   
• Legal/Compliance: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect safety and rights.
   
• Business Transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
   

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can manage cookies via your browser. See our separate Cookie Notice if applicable.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Platform and as required by law (e.g., financial records, anti-fraud logs). When no longer needed we will delete or anonymize.

We follow industry-standard practices to protect data, including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is 100% secure—please use strong, unique passwords.

Our Platform is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information by contacting us at [privacy@impactme.ai].

We may store and process information in the United States and other countries.

By using impactme.ai you agree to these Terms. If you are creating a seller account (via Stripe Connect), additional seller onboarding terms apply.

ImpactMe.ai is a software platform and payments facilitator. We are not the seller of record for items listed by independent sellers (e.g., PassItOnMedical) unless explicitly stated. Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, shipping, returns, and compliance.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your account.

Orders are processed via Stripe. You authorize Stripe and the relevant connected seller to charge your payment method for amounts due (including taxes and shipping). For disputes, see Section 9.

For sellers using Stripe Connect, ImpactMe.ai may collect platform fees on each transaction. Fees and payout schedules are visible in your dashboard or onboarding.

Sellers must not list items prohibited by law or Stripe’s restricted business list. In particular, prescription-only medical devices or items requiring a prescription are not permitted.

All Platform content and software are owned by ImpactMe.ai or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. IMPACTME.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

If you are a buyer and have an issue with a purchase, contact the seller first. If unresolved, contact ImpactMe.ai at adam@impactme.ai and we will assist. Payment disputes may be handled through Stripe; you must respond to Stripe’s requests for information within required timeframes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spokane County Washington, with exclusive venue in 

Spokane County, Washington State

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are inaccurate, not as described, or defective.
   
• Condition: For used items, we cannot accept returns for normal wear-and-tear or items designated “final sale”.
   
• Process: Contact the seller via the sellers contact information with order number and photos. If unresolved, email adam@impactme.ai with the same details.
   
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the item is received/verified.
   

• You must publish a clearly visible return/refund policy on your storefront.
   
• If you agree to a refund, issue it through your Stripe dashboard.
   
• For medical-related items: do not accept returns of items that cannot be safely re-stocked or sanitized.
   

Note: ImpactMe.ai is the platform; sellers remain responsible for their individual return policy and statutory obligations in their jurisdiction.

• Handling Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment.
   
• Carriers & Services: Your standard carriers tracking info will be emailed.
   
• Shipping Areas:  Buyers are responsible for duties and taxes outside  of the USA.
   
• Lost/Damaged Items: Notify the carrier and seller within 5 of delivery.
   
• Unsupported Items: Some medical devices and services cannot be shipped to certain countries or states. Sellers must confirm legality and compliance before shipment.

• Payments are securely processed by Stripe. ImpactMe.ai does not store raw card numbers.
   
• Buyers will see a statement descriptor such as [Descriptor e.g., PASSITONMEDICAL or IMPACTMEAI*PASSITON].
   

• TLS/HTTPS on all pages. PCI compliance is managed by Stripe.
   
• We monitor for fraud and abuse; suspicious transactions may be blocked or refunded.
   

• Sellers are responsible for collecting and remitting taxes applicable to their sales. Stripe Tax (optional) can help calculate and report taxes.
   

• If a buyer disputes a charge, Stripe notifies the platform and seller. Provide requested evidence promptly.
   

• Sellers must not list prescription-only or otherwise restricted medical devices. When in doubt, do not list.
   

For order-specific questions, contact the seller first. If unresolved, email us with your order number, date, and a brief summary.
