Privacy Policy
This section explains what information we collect when you use the site, contact us, or exchange text messages with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form details — name, email, phone (optional), and the message or interest you submit when you reach out.
- Text messaging — if you text our business number, we receive your mobile number, message content, and related delivery metadata so we can have the conversation and follow up. See also SMS Terms of Use.
- Usage analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source via Google Analytics 4. This helps us understand what content is useful and fix broken links.
- Campaign tags — if you arrive from a link with UTM parameters (for example a LinkedIn post), we may store those tags with your session so we know which outreach worked.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Respond to consultations, questions, and demo requests
- Carry on two-way conversations by text, email, or phone
- Improve the website and our services
- Measure marketing that we run ourselves (not sold to brokers)
Contact submissions are sent to our CRM so we can follow up. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages and mobile information
We only use information you provide through text messaging to transmit mobile messages and respond to you. That includes sharing information with platform providers (such as Microsoft Teams), phone companies, and other vendors who help deliver the messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to deliver the messages or as required by law.
We may still disclose information when necessary to satisfy a law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar storage to distinguish sessions. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the site will still work. Form submissions do not require analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Lead records and conversation records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and run the business, or until you ask us to delete them (subject to legal or accounting retention). Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices
Email adam@impactme.ai to request a copy of what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you visit impactme.ai, submit a contact form, or otherwise use our public website. Text messaging also follows the SMS Terms of Use below. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy above.
Paid consulting, training, coaching, or custom-build work is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement we sign with you. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that work.
Using the website
You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that overloads our systems, submit false information, or use it to send spam or malware. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
No professional advice from the site alone
Blog posts, project write-ups, and other public content are for general information. They are not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for a conversation about your specific situation. Results described on the site are examples, not guarantees.
Inquiries and communications
When you email us, call, submit the contact form, or text our business number, you ask us to respond. We may reply by the same channel or another reasonable channel (email, phone, or SMS). You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you give us.
Intellectual property
The site design, writing, logos, and other materials we publish are owned by ImpactMe.AI or used with permission. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy our branding or substantial site content for your own commercial use without written permission. Client work product is owned as described in the relevant project agreement.
Third-party services
The site may link to other websites or use processors such as analytics, email, CRM, and communications platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or practices we do not control.
Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImpactMe.AI and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for claims arising from the public website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not replace liability terms in a signed services agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Washington State have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

By opting in to or using a Text Message Service from ImpactMe.AI, you accept these SMS Terms of Use. References to "ImpactMe.AI," "we," "our," or "us" mean ImpactMe.AI, 515 North Main Street, Latah, WA 99018.

Program name and description
ImpactMe.AI business texting. This is a conversational, person-to-person texting service so customers and prospects can message ImpactMe.AI and receive replies from our team (for example scheduling, questions about consulting or training, and follow-up on work we are doing together). It is not a marketing blast or automated promotional campaign.
Types of messages you can expect: replies to texts you send, appointment or meeting coordination, answers to questions about our services, and occasional service-related follow-up in an ongoing conversation.
Definitions
"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" mean requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement in which we send one or more messages to your mobile number, including SMS, MMS, or successor protocols.
Consenting to text messaging
You may opt in by texting our business number, by asking us (including by phone, email, or in person) to text you, or by otherwise clearly agreeing to receive texts. By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms of Use, as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on this page.
E-SIGN disclosure
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the electronic record by replying STOP.
SMS privacy

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. Message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier.
Frequency of text messages
Message frequency varies. This service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our team. We may send an initial message with details about the service. After that, the number of texts you receive depends on how you use the service and whether you take steps that generate more messages from us (such as sending a question or a HELP request).

Opting out
If you no longer want to receive text messages, reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Text STOP to cancel. As a person-to-person service, opt-out requests apply to the conversation with that ImpactMe.AI number. After you unsubscribe, we may send a confirmation text.
